Through the transfOERm project, we are further developing our tried-and-tested OER assessment tool into an interactive, openly licensed resource. It is designed to help users assess educational materials step by step in terms of legal, quality and organisational aspects, and to document the results in a transparent and traceable manner. By the end of January 2027, a prototype, a handout and a DIY manual will have been produced, which will be tested in collaboration with partners from the vocational education and training sector using real-world materials. transfOERm is funded by the Federal Ministry for Education, Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth (BMBFSFJ).
