What does the use of generative artificial intelligence (AI) applications mean for the legal and social frameworks needed to ensure that it can meaningfully support work processes? Our research project, which is funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF), addresses this question. The project examines and communicates the legal basis for the creation and utilisation of AI-generated content in specific industries. One of the objectives is to identify the scope for action and develop future scenarios for the legally compliant and responsible use of generative AI in the contexts under consideration..
