Digital Collective Memory

International online platform for digital culture of remembrance, exchange and networking

Themes
Democratic participation & culture of remembrance
In collaboration with
Foundation Remembrance, Responsibility and Future (EVZ)

A large number of committed institutions such as memorial sites are working on using digital formats to enable young target groups in particular to engage critically with history based on historical sources. With Digital Collective Memory, we provide an online platform on behalf of the Foundation Remembrance, Responsibility and Future (EVZ) for these experts – for example, those who are working on serious games, mobile apps or VR/AR installations – who want to network internationally and share their experiences. In this way, we make a valuable contribution to a culture of remembrance that engages with contemporary forms of reception and communication in the digital space.

This project is funded by the EVZ Foundation.
