New prompt/ issue in November

In the November issue of prompt/, we discuss the challenges and questions faced by stakeholders in schools, universities and other educational institutions when implementing and using AI applications. For example, we look at data protection aspects as well as the requirements of the AI Act regarding employee qualifications and content labelling. We also shed light on how the state ministries responsible for education handle AI licences for schools - and have asked the Standing Conference of the Ministers of Education and Cultural Affairs directly about this. We also present the first report from our accompanying research, which we recently published as a working paper. In it, you will find compact summaries and detailed explanations of our findings, which resulted from extensive research and dozens of interviews across the cultural and creative industries, journalism, education and public administration.
