Berlin-Kreuzberg (some remote working possible)
We are currently looking for a student assistant (m/f/d) to join our office in Berlin-Kreuzberg and provide support in the HR department.

The tasks
- Support throughout the entire employee lifecycle – from onboarding and professional development to offboarding
- Assistance with recruitment processes, e.g. job advertisements, application management and communication with applicants
- Support in drafting employment contracts, contract amendments and other HR-related documents
- Assistance with HR-related processes, taking into account requirements under employment law and works constitution law
- Support in liaising with the works council
- Assistance with the preparation of monthly payroll
- Support with HR administration, for example in relation to working hours, holiday, sick leave, training and parental leave
- Organising and supporting onboarding, probationary periods, performance reviews and other staff development initiatives
- Supporting internal communication on HR-related and organisational matters
- Support in the further development of HR processes, internal structures and organisational workflows
- Contributing to strategic HR topics, e.g. in the areas of employee retention, benefits, knowledge management or organisational development
- Support in the design, implementation and further development of new HR and organisational projects
The requirements
- A registered student, ideally specialising in human resource management, human resources, employment law, organisational development, business psychology or a similar field of study
- An interest in human resources management, employment law and organisational development
- Interest in the strategic development of HR processes
- Basic knowledge of employment law, human resources management or project management
- Ability to structure complex issues and present them clearly
- Strong initiative and a willingness to take on responsibility
- A structured, meticulous and independent approach to work
- High level of discretion and trustworthiness when handling sensitive information
- Strong communication skills and a good understanding of people and different situations
- Good knowledge of standard Office applications
- Excellent command of the German language, both spoken and written
